This policy explains how Webmate Creative SRL (“Webmate”, “we”) collects and uses your data when you visit the website or send us a request. You can contact us with any question about personal data at contact@webmate.ro.

1. What data we collect

Depending on how you use the website, we may collect:

• your name, email address, phone number and company;
• the information you include in the message sent through the form;
• the page from which you sent the request and technical data needed for security;
• aggregated data about the use of the website, only if you accept analytics cookies.

2. Why we use the data

We use the data to answer your request, schedule the call, prepare a possible collaboration, protect the form against abuse and improve the website. We do not use the data from the form for newsletters or direct marketing without a separate agreement.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process the data needed to respond to your request before entering into a contract and on the basis of our legitimate interest in administering and securing the website. Analytics data is processed only on the basis of consent, which you can withdraw at any time from the cookie preferences.

4. Who we may share the data with

The data may be accessed by our providers of hosting, technical infrastructure, CRM and analytics, strictly for the services they provide and under confidentiality and data protection obligations. The form sends the request into the Webmate CRM. We do not sell your data.

5. International transfers

Some technical providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In these situations we use the applicable legal mechanisms, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep the data

We keep commercial requests for up to 3 years from the last interaction, unless a contractual relationship begins or the law requires a different period. Technical security data is kept only as long as needed to prevent abuse. Cookie preferences remain saved in your browser until you change or delete them.

7. Your rights

You have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, portability, and to object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the prior use of the data.

To exercise your rights, write to us at contact@webmate.ro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority; in Romania, that is the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing, via dataprotection.ro.

8. Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies support the operation and security of the website. Google Analytics loads only if you accept the “Analytics” category. You can change your options at any time using “Cookie settings” in the website footer.

9. Security and updates

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, including request validation, abuse limiting and signed transmission to the CRM. We may update this policy when the services or the legal requirements change; the date of the current version is shown at the top of the page.
